Passenger Locator Form for Italy, PLF

The Italy PLF is a mandatory document for all incoming visitors that must be completed online 72 hours before arrival.

PLF Italy

Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) for Italy is an online health declaration that must be completed by every adult traveler wishing to enter Italy. The Italian dPLF is part of the European Digital Passenger Locator Form, along with Malta and Slovenia. Italy implemented PLFs as part of safety measures on the 1st of July, 2021. Since then, all foreign visitors to Italy must fill out this online health declaration prior to their arrival. Not complying with this requirement may result in being denied entry to the country.

Each traveler must complete the form separately before their planned departure to Italy to help in keeping both foreign visitors and Italian citizens safe. Filling the form online with personal, travel-related, and contact details should take just a few minutes and can be done entirely from home.
